Who May Enter: Any artist, amateur or professional, may enter 1 or 2 piece of original, wall-hung work.
Eligible Work: All work must be framed and wired. Minimum size 12"x12". Maximum size 40"x40". Maximum weight, 20 pounds. Entries accepted on a first come, first in basis to show maximum of 42 pieces. All entries subject to approval by the Library’s Art Committee.
Awards: Ribbons and prizes will be awarded as determined by the judge.
Entry Fees: Freehold Art Society members, $3.00 for 1 piece, $5.00 for 2 pieces.
Non-Members, $5.00 per piece. Bring this entire form, filled out except for Entry #, with you to receiving.
Receiving: MON., JUNE 8, 2009, 7-8 P.M. & TUES., JUNE 9, 2009, 9-10 A.M.
Pickup: SEPTEMBER 2009. The exact date will be announced in the September/October 2009. Newsletter. All work MUST remain on exhibit for the duration of the show.
