Who May Enter: Any artist, amateur or professional, may enter 1 or 2 pieces of wall-hung work.
Eligible Work: All work must be framed and wired with screw eyes. Work can be no wider than 36” and no narrower than 12”. The Library reserves the right to reject any works that the Library’s Art Department deems inappropriate.
Awards: Ribbons will be awarded as determined by the judge.
Insurance: The Library insures work for theft, fire and damage to art work, but not glass or frames. (the insurance value is not to exceed the selling price. Coverage ceases at pick-up date and time specified above.) .
Receiving: Wednesday, April 1, 2009, 10:30 a.m.
Pickup: Tuesday, May 5, 2009, between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
All work must remain on exhibit for the duration of the show.
